FAQ

Are all of your pastries vegan?

Yes! Everything we make at Hazel & Jade Bakery is vegan. Our facility is entirely free of all dairy, meat, eggs, and honey. We even specially order our sugar to be sure it is bone-char free.

*All pastries are prepared on shared equipment, cross-contamination is possible.

Do you have GF options?

We have a few GF options daily that may include muffins, tarts, mini cakes, or a savory option. We do not currently make GF croissants.

Do you serve coffee?

Yes! We serve espresso drinks and teas. All of our 'milks' and syrups are completely vegan. We use coffee beans roasted locally by Heartwork Coffee Bar.

I want a cake today but can't seem to order one through the website, what do I do?

We need at least 48 hours notice for a standard cake order 72 for decorated cakes. If you do not see the date you desire available to book online we may be booked or that date may be unavailable. We occasionally have cakes available for sale in the shop. Please call to check for availability.

Do you ship?

We do not currently ship pastries and/or cakes.

Can I order pastries online?

Yes! Head to the "Order Online" link to order pastries for the pickup the following day. All online orders must be placed no more than 24 hours in advance and no less than 12 hours in advance.

Where is your menu?

You can check out our cake menu under the "cake menu" link on the website. The "order online" page will have the most up-to-date list of products we have available in the shop. Our pastries rotate seasonally and based on popularity.
